Wrexham are back in action this Tuesday evening as Phil Parkinson’s side take on Wolverhampton Wanderers Under-21’s in the EFL Trophy.
Saturday’s 4-1 home win over Northampton Town allowed Wrexham to get back on track after one win in the previous four games.
Wrexham were superb at the STōK Cae Ras and head into the international break sitting second in the League One table.
The attention turns to the EFL Trophy tonight though as Wrexham look to build on an opening 2-1 victory over Salford City in September.
This is a great chance for boss Phil Parkinson to rotate his squad and give opportunities to some fringe players in the Wrexham squad.

Wrexham lineup v Wolverhampton Wanderers Under-21’s
Parkinson has freshened up his side and unsurprisingly goes with summer signing Callum Burton in goal.
Arthur Okonkwo has been given the night off with Burton handed a chance to shine.
Lewis Brunt, Aaron James and Will Boyle back up the back three this evening, which is just one change from the win over Salford City.
Dan Scarr is covering for Max Cleworth in league games right now so has been replaced by youngster James.
Anthony Forde is handed a start at right wing back whilst Sebastian Revan comes in on the left side.
James Jones and Ollie Rathbone feature in midfield whilst Parkinson hands a start to Harry Ashfield in the engine room.
Ashfield is one of the brightest young talents in the Wrexham ranks and fans no doubt can’t wait to see him in action.
Paul Mullin captains the side in attack with Modou Faal joining him in attack.
That means Jack Marriott and Steven Fletcher only make the bench tonight, joining Mark Howard, Dan Scarr, Ryan Barnett, James McClean and George Dobson.
