Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds have brought a heavy touch of America to Wrexham since their takeover in 2021.

Wrexham have gone from the National League to League One in just two seasons and while they may still only be in the third tier of English football, they have become of one the most well-known clubs in world football.

The Red Dragons now have an international fanbase thanks to the huge success of the ‘Welcome to Wrexham‘ series on Disney+.

They may not know much about football, but Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds have done an excellent job of rasing the club’s profile.

Countless celebrities have visited Wrexham in the last few years, with the likes of Paul Ruud, Will Ferrell, and Channing Tatum all travelling to Wales.
