Wrexham striker, Ollie Palmer has opened up about what Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney like to do after games they attend.
This past week has seen Ollie Palmer make his Wrexham return after many weeks out after suffering an injury.
Luckily, this hasn’t hampered the form of Phil Parkinson’s side. This is as they have continued on the winning trail in recent weeks.
Last time out saw the Reds secure a hard-fought 2-0 win over AFC Wimbledon as they were welcomed to The Racecourse.
This saw them move up the League Two table and into second place. Now they sit just two points off Stockport County in top spot.
The last few seasons in North Wales have been building up to this target which first started with National League promotion. Now back-to-back division rises is looking highly possible.
This has been made possible by the work of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney who have changed the trend at Wrexham. Now Palmer has opened up about one thing the pair like to do in the dressing room after games.

Palmer on Reynolds and McElhenney habits
It was seen many times in ‘Welcome to Wrexham‘ that the owners got in and amongst the squad. Whether it was wins or losses, Reynolds and McElhenney wanted to be with the players.
This week has seen the docuseries win five Emmys for various different nominations. This made it one of the most awarded shows at the whole event.
In the Disney+ series, there are many moments where Reynolds wants players’ shirts. Whether it is Ben Foster or Paul Mullin, the Hollywood actor is collecting them.
Now Palmer has opened up to Men in Blazers when asked about why he is always topless in Wrexham pictures.
On that, he said: “What’s with all the topless things? Is that because of Mr Reynolds always telling me I’ve got my shirt off? He loves a big, sweaty cuddle!
“To be fair I think Rob McElhenney has got a better body, and probably Ryan now that he has been filming Deadpool, than most of the lads anyway so they haven’t got to worry about us having our tops off!”
It won’t come as a surprise that Reynolds loves a hug given how he is depicted in the two series’ of the documentary.
It is great for fans to hear these behind-the-scenes looks into the dressing room. This is made even better by the fact it involves Reynolds and McElhenney.
With Palmer making his return this past week, hopefully, the co-owners can get to The Racecourse to get that hug.
