A recent report has suggested that three Wrexham players are potentially be set to be let go in the January transfer window.
It has been a great season for Wrexham which now sees them sitting in third place in League Two joint with second spot.
Under the management of Phil Parkinson, the Reds have gone from strength to strength following promotion from the National League.
With that being said, there has been a rise in quality in the squad so far this campaign. Stars like Elliot Lee and Paul Mullin have stepped up and performed to the top of their abilities.
New signings like James McClean and George Evans have brought with them plenty of experience and demanded a good standard.

This standard has been followed throughout the squad and as a result, there has been a lack of rotation at times. Some fringe players have been left out of many matchday squads which has seen rumours of some departures.
Now a report has suggested that there are three players who are potentially set to be sold in the January window.
Waters, McFadzean and Hosannah set for January exit
Although it might have been a good season for the majority of those associated with Wrexham, some have struggled.
With Parkinson’s 5-3-2, there are very few changes that are made, especially in midfield and forward areas. The quality of players that have occupied those positions has made it difficult for any squad players to get in.
As a result of this, there is room for some players who find themselves on the fringes to make a move away this winter.
In a report by the BBC, they said: “In terms of outgoings, Billy Waters, Callum McFadzean and Bryce Hosannah could all be in the shop window having been omitted from Wrexham’s 22-man squad following the summer transfer window, although they could be drafted back in when the winter market concludes.”
It must be said that with the trio not being included in the League Two squad, they may feel like a move suits them. Between them, they have made just four league appearances this campaign so it is no surprise to see them rumoured to a transfer away.
Although their departures wouldn’t necessarily affect the first team, they would be a loss to the squad as a whole. This is especially if they aren’t replaced and injuries take hold on Wrexham in the second half of the season.
