Wrexham and Leicester City met in a midweek Championship fixture, sharing the points.
Wrexham continued what has quickly become an impressive run of form on the road this season when they travelled to the Midlands.
The Red Dragons were up against some Premier League-level talent and a lot of pacey players.
However, while they invited pressure for much of the fixture, Phil Parkinson’s men more than held their own.
Ben Sheaf struggled at times against Leicester, but his replacement on the night was top-class.

Phil Parkinson praises Matty James
Matty James came on for the final 29 minutes of the tie during a period when Leicester were in control.
However, the substitutions made by Parkinson on the night were very effective.
Nathan Broadhead scored the equaliser, being assisted by Lewis O’Brien, who, again, was solid.
The tie turned on its head after Wrexham made changes, and James has now earned high praise from his manager post-match.
Parkinson told the club’s media: “Matty James, I thought was outstanding when he got on, and he really did, he just gave us what we needed at that time.”
Matty James stats for Wrexham vs Leicester City
An experienced player, James brought some much-needed control and defensive solidity to Wrexham’s midfield when it was under pressure.
He lost his place in the starting line-up after the £6.5m arrival of Sheaf, but he proved on Tuesday that he can still play a key role this season.
James completed an impressive 90% of his passes on the night and won all of his ground duels.
This increased composure in the centre of the park allowed Wrexham to push higher up the pitch and nearly score a winner via Broadhead.
