Wrexham need to put the disappointment of Bristol Rovers behind them and claim three points at Blackpool.
Wrexham’s 1-1 draw with Bristol Rovers has meant that the Red Dragons have dropped to third in League One, now one point behind promotion rivals Wycombe and have Charlton and Stockport close by.
Wrexham fans were unhappy with Phil Parkinson after the manager once again chose to go with Jay Rodriguez up front for the game at the Racecourse Ground and supporters are demanding change.
Steve Bruce has praised Wrexham for their resilience throughout the course of the season but with his side still in with a chance of the play-offs, Parkinson knows it will be another tough test for this side.

Steve Parkin revealed secret to Wrexham victory over Blackpool
Wrexham defeated Blackpool 2-1 in the reverse fixture earlier this season, thanks to a late penalty from Steven Fletcher.
Blackpool had taken an early lead in North Wales before Paul Mullin equalised before the half time break. Steve Parkin spoke to the club’s official website and revealed the change that secured the win that day.
Parkin stated: “First half we didn’t quite have the edge that we wanted in the game and sometimes I think you have to give the opposition credit.
“The message at half time was lets have a whole-hearted Wrexham performance, lets lock attacks in and be on the front foot rather than necessarily being on the back foot like first half,
“It was great, we locked attacks in and we switched the ball from one side to the other, we used the right hand side a bit more than we did in the first half and we got Jimmy [McClean] free a lot more.”
Ryan Longman could be key to Wrexham success over Blackpool
With Wrexham’s success coming in wide areas in the previous game, Ryan Longman could hold the key to success at Bloomfield Road.
Longman has been excellent in his 18 appearances since signing from Hull City in January and his five assists have proven to be vital in the promotion charge.

Ryan Barnett played at right wing-back in the previous match with Bristol Rovers but it is expected that James McClean will return in the Wrexham predicted XI v Blackpool.
Quality deliveries into the box will be key to claiming a vital three points in the promotion race as just three games remain for the Red Dragons to try and make history.
