Team News

Phil Parkinson again made full use of his squad against LA Galaxy and will once again have the entirety of his team at his disposal as they face the Red Devils.

The starting lineup should be pretty similar. Paul Mullin should partner Ollie Palmer up top, they were superb against Glaaxy. Elliot Lee should be just behind. He scored an absolute worldie in the last game that was unfairly ruled out.

Summer arrival Will Boyle should also get his second start for the club.

As for Manchester United, they will likely field a team of academy prospects, but they’re not to be underestimated. They turned over Leeds and Lyon in their opening two tour games.

Prediction

Wrexham were simply dominant against Galaxy… but this is Manchester United.

Despite them fielding their academy side, they still possess undeniable talent. This will be a seriously tough one and we think, despite the Red Dragons’ last performance, it will actually be the Red Devils who prevail in this one.
