Wrexham continue to make huge strides under Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds with another promotion now the target.
The end of another season is drawing closer and Wrexham fans have a rather familiar feeling.
Phil Parkinson’s side are chasing a third straight promotion with these end-of-season run-ins now becoming a regular occurrence.
Ryan Reynolds vowed to go all-out for promotion this season and Wrexham are right in the mix.
Ahead of facing Reading on Tuesday night, Wrexham sat level on points with second-placed Wycombe Wanderers.
The two sides meet this weekend too, so this could be a huge week for Wrexham in the promotion race.

Ben Foster on Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds
We already know what fans and players are thinking with another promotion being eyed up – another trip to Las Vegas.
Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds have made this a tradition now with promotion celebrated with an expensive Vegas party.
McElhenney celebrated alongside the Wrexham players in Vegas last summer and is no doubt looking to do the same this time around.
Former Wrexham goalkeeper Ben Foster has now spoken about those Vegas trips in an interview with the Breaking Beard Podcast.
Foster admitted that, even when he was just signing for Wrexham, McElhenney and Reynolds made it clear that they would fund a trip to Vegas.
Foster admitted that the parties in Vegas were ‘crazy’, leaving him wondering just how much McElhenney and Reynolds paid to put it all together.
“We finished the season, got promoted up from the National League and they said to us, even when I was signing, they were like ‘listen if we get promoted we’re going to Vegas, all expenses paid trip to Vegas’, and it was exactly that as well. Honestly, it was crazy,” said Foster.
“I’d love to know how much they spent on this thing because it was just four days of kind of just rinse and repeat every single day. You’d wake up, you’d go down to our own private cabana thing, you’d have a few drinks there and be off to the pool party in the afternoon,” he added.
Wrexham’s promotion run-in
Wrexham now have just 11 games left this season with the finish line in sight.
This final push starts with a trip to Reading on Tuesday night before that huge meeting with Wycombe Wanderers this weekend.
Stockport County visit the STōK Cae Ras before a trip to Exeter City finishes out March.
April sees Wrexham play six vital games, starting away at Cambridge United before hosting Burton Albion.
Trips to Wigan Athletic and Blackpool come either side of a home clash against Bristol Rovers, with a home game against Charlton Athletic and a trip to Lincoln City closing out the campaign.
Wrexham will hope to avoid the stress of the play-offs and book another Vegas trip – but the coming weeks will be a real battle with every point so crucial.
