Wrexham are back in League One action on Tuesday evening, taking on Stevenage in a must-win fixture.
Wrexham drew 1-1 with Birmingham City last time out, which dented their automatic promotion hopes slightly.
It was a positive result on paper but not ideal considering how close things are in the division between second and fourth right now.
Wycombe Wanderers are three points ahead of the Red Dragons with a much better goal difference going into the latest round of midweek fixtures.
Huddersfield Town, currently fourth, are four points off the Welsh outfit but do still have a game in hand to play and have spent well this month.
As a result, with Wrexham playing at the Racecourse Ground on Tuesday and Stevenage heading into the match sat 15th in League One, the home side should be heavy favourites and it’s the type of game they need to be winning if they want to take second place.

Phil Parkinson on Ryan Longman availability for Wrexham vs Stevenage
Ahead of the clash, manager Phil Parkinson has been discussing the club’s latest addition, Ryan Longman.
Wrexham signed Longman from Hull City in a seven-figure deal last week, making him their joint second most expensive signing.
There has been much debate over where Longman will play for the Red Dragons given how versatile he is and the fact Parkinson doesn’t use wingers – his natural position.
And while that still remains up in the air, the Wrexham boss has confirmed, as per Leader Live, that the January addition will be available against Stevenage.
He said: “Ryan is a player we know well. He is an exciting young player for us to bring into the club.
“He’s 24, played Championship football. he’s got good pace and power, and I feel he’s a strong addition.
“He has played up front and he can play right or left so he’s got versatility and he is a good player.
“Ryan is available for Stevenage, he’s had a slight injury in the last couple of weeks at Hull so he hasn’t been training.
“We’ve just got him back integrated in training this week so we will assess him but he’s come through the first few days fine.”

Phil Parkinson provides Lewis Brunt injury update
In turn, while injury issues mean he may not be fit to start, it does look as though we will see Longman in some form or another on Tuesday evening.
Elsewhere ahead of Stevenage, Parkinson has provided an injury update on Lewis Brunt.
Brunt has missed the club’s last four matches with a calf problem but is now in line to return.
Parkinson said on the centre-back: “Brunty is now back and available for selection.
“It’s great to have him back. He’s a good personality to have on the training ground, he’s a really good lad and he’s pushing hard for a start.”
