Wrexham continue to thrive under Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds with Phil Parkinson looking to mount another promotion charge.
Wrexham have moved rapidly through the league with Hollywood stars Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds at the helm.
McElhenney and Reynolds paid £2million to purchase Wrexham in 2021 and this story has been remarkable to watch ever since.
Wrexham have achieved back-to-back promotions, quickly accelerating from the National League to League One.
The Hollywood owners earn a lot of the hype and publicity but Phil Parkinson has been the mastermind behind the performances on the pitch.
The understated Parkinson has been a simply brilliant face of the Wrexham project and deserves as much praise as the big names above him.

Phil Parkinson on Wrexham dream
Wrexham are now sitting third in League One and have genuine hopes of promotion to the Championship for next season.
Ryan Reynolds wants another promotion this season and Wrexham have started the season well.
Two points behind second place, four points behind top spot; Wrexham are right in the mix for promotion this term.
Parkinson has now told Sky Sports that Wrexham aren’t just dreaming of the Championship, but the Premier League.
The Wrexham boss noted that plenty of other clubs have gone up through the leagues to play in the top flight, so Wrexham can do the same.
Parkinson noted that some people think Wrexham are ‘getting carried away’ but he believes that isn’t the case at all, simply feeling that Wrexham have a dream and believe in achieving it.
“You’ve got to believe it can happen,” said Parkinson. “Other teams have come from the lower leagues to get to the Premier League in recent years. So why can’t Wrexham have the same dream?
“Will it happen? Who knows. But the owners, myself and the staff are working hard to put an infrastructure in place to help build and take the club forward for many years to come. In any sport you have to aim for the top, that’s what everyone is aiming to do.
“When those lines come out about us wanting to be a Premier League team, people think we’re getting carried away. But it’s not that, it’s just us saying we have a dream and we know we’ve got a lot of work to do if we want to get there,” he added.
Plenty of inspiration for Wrexham
Troy Deeney believes Wrexham won’t ever reach the Premier League but there has been plenty of inspiration of late.
Luton Town are probably the most similar story in that they faced Wrexham in the National League play-offs back in 2012.
The Hatters won promotion to the Premier league in 2023, capping off a quite unbelievable rise.
Just look in the Premier League now and you will see the likes of Brighton and Hove Albion, Bournemouth and Brentford who have all been on incredible journeys to the top flight.
Few would have predicted them being in the Premier League some 15 years ago but they are there on merit.
Wrexham will be looking to match their progress and reach the Premier League one day with Parkinson certainly putting the club on the right path.
