Wrexham are building up to a huge end to the season that could see them promoted to the Championship.

Eoghan O’Connell led the way against Wigan with a phenomenal performance in winning every duel in the match and Phil Parkinson will require the same commitment in the remaining four matches.

Wrexham know that any slips ups could be costly in the League One promotion race with Wycombe Wanderers moving to within just a point of the Red Dragons.

At times such as this, the pressure can sometimes get to players but fans will be relaxed about seeing star players such as Steven Fletcher and Lewis Brunt showing that the heat is not getting to them.

Steven Fletcher provides sneak preview to ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ content

‘Welcome to Wrexham’ season four release date is upon us and whilst the Wrexham squad have their attentions firmly on winning their remaining four games, fans were treated to a little sneak preview of some content.

Fletcher and Brunt were joined by Elliot Lee and Mark Howard at Carden Park Golf Club, filming some new content for the series confirmed by Fletcher’s golfing Instagram account.

Fans will not only be looking forward to seeing how the players fared on the course but will be pleased to see them in a calm and composed manner in the midst of the pressures of the season.

Parkinson will be calling for his players to stay relaxed in their upcoming clash with Bristol Rovers at the Racecourse Ground with stubborn resistance expected once again for the Red Dragons.

Wrexham width key to breaking down Bristol Rovers

Wrexham did not muster a single shot on target during their visit to Wigan Athletic but did have their most dangerous spell in the game when wing backs James McClean and Ryan Longman were given the ball.

At the start of the second half both wide players were getting at their full backs and delivering quality into the box, leading to a penalty claim Parkinson was furious with.

Having lost their last six games, Bristol Rovers will be expected to sit deep and try and counter Wrexham with the away side desperate for a result to pull them away from relegation danger.

Parkinson’s side will need to move the ball quickly from side to side in order to allow Longman and McClean time and space to deliver for the likes of Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez in the box.
