Wrexham co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have unveiled next season’s (2023/2024) home shirt complete with a brand new sponsor.
It’s never been a better time to be a Wrexham fan, with the club set to play in the English Football League for the first time in 15 years next season.
Phil Parkinson‘s men took the National League by storm this season, finishing with a record 111 points to clinch that all-important promotion.
Now, attention turns to next season and League Two, with co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney just unveiling the new home kit for 2023/2024.
Reynolds and McElhenney reveal next season’s home shirt with new sponsor
On June 8, Reynolds and McElhenney teased big news by tweeting about ‘change being in the air’ and the potential of ‘Wrexham United’.
Some feared that a name change could be happening, but as it turns out, it’s referring to Wrexham’s new shirt sponser with United Airlines.
In a video uploaded to social media, Ryan and Rob revealed that United Airlines will be the official front-of-shirt sponsor for Wrexham starting from the 2023/24 season.
The United Airlines name and logo will be emblazoned across the front of the club’s home, away and third shirts on both the men’s and women’s teams. United Airlines will replace TikTok which has sponsored the club for the past two seasons.

The co-chairman commented: “We seek out sponsors that match the spirit of both Wrexham Association Football Club and the people of Wrexham.
“We could think of no better sponsor for the next phase of our quest than United Airlines. The team, town and fans around the world are united as never before and United Airlines is committed to elevating our story and journey.
The airline’s loyalty customers will also have special access to Wrexham AFC matches in the U.S. and in Wales through its MileagePlus Exclusives platform. United is also reportedly working with the club on additional ways to support the local community from a philanthropic perspective.

Wrexham AFC Executive Director Humphrey Ker said: “We are delighted that United Airlines will be the Club’s new shirt sponsor. Their desire to provide a first-class service to customers, sees them the airline of choice for many US-based Wrexham fans.
“The Club will be in safe hands when traveling across the Atlantic for our pre-season tour and we look forward to flying with them.”
Wrexham’s pre-season tour kicks off in the US next month. They play Premier League giants Manchester United in a pre-season friendly on 26 July at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, California.
Phil Parkinson‘s side will also take on Chelsea and LA Galaxy II on their pre-season tour of the US, which will no doubt attract even more new fans to the club.
