A ripped Ryan Reynolds showed off his incredible Deadpool 3 body transformation while standing next to Wrexham star Paul Mullin.
Ryan Reynolds is more like a friend than a football club owner. The Hollywood star, alongside fellow actor and co-owner Rob McElhenney, have struck up an incredible relationship with the Wrexham team members since taking over the club in 2020.
The chairman whisked the team away to Las Vegas earlier this summer following the club’s promotion to League Two. Wrexham won the National League with a record 111 points last season, meaning they will now play in the fourth tier of English football.

Ripped Ryan Reynolds shows off body transformation next to Wrexham star
The players have been enjoying a little family time recently following their exploits in the Nevada desert. However, it seems star striker Paul Mullin and Ryan Reynolds have been working on their bromance as they were recently spotted hanging out.
Reynolds uploaded a photo of him standing next to Mullin in his garden to social media. He was wearing a vest and looking remarkably ripped while flexing his impressive biceps.
Reynolds captioned the post: “Ran into Paul Mullin in the wild.
“Just hugging him made me 50 per cent more athletic.”
The Wrexham co-owner’s muscular physique is due to his recent work on Deadpool 3.
Filming for the third movie in the series began in late May 2023 in London and at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England. The MCU film is scheduled to be released on May 3, 2024.
Super Paul Mullin had a heroic season of his own
Paul Mullin, of course, is coming off a superhero-esque season of his own. The Wrexham striker bagged 47 goals in all competitions last season, including nine FA Cup goals, which won him the competition’s Golden Ball award.
As a result, Mullin won the Men’s Player of the Season award at the end of season awards, voted for by Wrexham AFC supporters. He also won the Wrexham’s Players’ Player of the Season and Top Goalscorer awards too.
It comes after he recently signed a one-year contract extension with the club, with his new deal now due to run until the summer of 2026.
