For the second summer in a row, Wrexham headed off to the United States for pre-season fixtures.
Wrexham’s rise has been heavily influenced by the ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ series alongside Hollywood owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.
Fans in America now flock to watch Wrexham in pre-season games and this tour even saw a trip to Canada to take on Vancouver Whitecaps.
Wrexham produced a stunning victory in Reynolds’ home town, beating the MLS side 4-1 after draws against Bournemouth and Chelsea.
The tour was a rousing success for Wrexham and Phil Parkinson will be delighted with his preparations ahead of the League One season.

Mikel Arteta scrapped Wrexham friendly
The fixtures gave Wrexham some real tests.

Arteta wanted his side to stay in Los Angeles rather than travel to another US state to face Wrexham, with the Gunners hierarchy then agreeing with him.
Arsenal switched to face Bournemouth instead, meaning Wrexham missed out on a potentially huge friendly but still had a great summer in America.

Wrexham missed out on a clash against Arsenal but are now ready to go with the League One season just days away.
