Wrexham turn their attentions to a trip to Mansfield following their 2-1 home defeat to Leyton Orient.
Phil Parkinson suffered consecutive home defeats for the first time after Orient impressively turned the game around following Ollie Rathbone’s opener.
Wrexham fans were furious with Parkinson’s style of play during the loss and are calling for more composure on the ball from the Red Dragons.
Jay Rodriguez says the players are looking to bounce back but one Wrexham expert has been discussing what Parkinson will have to axe if results and performances are to improve.

Wrexham expert believes George Dobson and Matty James should never be seen again in the same midfield
Speaking on the latest edition of the Rob.Ryan.Red. podcast, journalist Nathan Salt has expressed his belief that George Dobson and Matty James are struggling to play with each other in the Wrexham midfield.
Salt stated: “I’m struggling to see how you can see Dobson and James again. I’m really, really struggling to see how, you know.”
The Wrexham journalist then went on to explain why he believes that Parkinson needs to find a new blend in the middle of the park.
Salt explained: “It gives you extra security. I didn’t think we looked that secure and we didn’t offer anything really going forward. So I’m not sure what people can see in that midfield that makes it in any way worthwhile to persist with.”
Dobson has fallen out of favour at previous clubs Sunderland and Charlton before
Dobson has performed well for Wrexham this season and was named man-of-the-match in the recent 1-1 draw at home to Birmingham where his tenacity and endeavour was on display in abundance.
As per the Chroniclelive, Dobson is no stranger to falling out of favour in his career having done so at previous clubs Charlton and Sunderland but the midfielder has learned from those experiences.
Dobson stated: “When you’re not involved at all. When you’re seeing all the boys going to matches and playing while you’re coming in in the afternoon and doing a session, then going home and not being involved, it’s obviously the not easy part of football.”

Parkinson has a decision to make about his midfield dynamic ahead of the trip to Mansfield, who the Red Dragons have won their last three encounters against.
