Wrexham are preparing for yet another crucial fixture in their battle to reach the Championship next season.
Phil Parkinson’s side travel to Exeter City and could be set to face former Wrexham player Pat Jones who is now plying his trade for Gary Caldwell’s side.
George Dobson has been playing through injury but is expected to start in midfield alongside Matty James and Ollie Rathbone in a midfield trio that has worked well in recent weeks.
Wrexham are playing Exeter at the worst time with The Grecians unbeaten in their last six encounters and their manager Caldwell is well aware of how Wrexham got the upper hand in the previous game.

Gary Caldwell aware of Wrexham threat ahead of clash with Exeter
Wrexham beat Exeter 3-0 at the Racecourse Ground earlier in the season, Ollie Palmer scored his last Wrexham league goal on that occasion.
After that match, Exeter manager Caldwell spoke to the official Exeter website and revealed that he noticed exactly how the Red Dragons won the game.
Caldwell stated: “”We lost in a way where we showed the threat Wrexham had that we knew all about – from corners and crosses. We didn’t deal with it.”
Exeter will be looking to stifle Wrexham’s deliveries into the box and know the threat from set plays that Parkinson’s side possess, meaning the Red Dragons will need to show some creativity at St James Park.
Phil Parkinson has plenty of wide options for Wrexham
Given the success in the previous clash, Wrexham will be looking to exploit the wide areas early on to see if Exeter are true to their word in stopping crosses into the box.
Ryan Longman and James McClean have been operating in the wing-back areas in recent matches however, McClean could be dropped for Ryan Barnett as his impact going forward has diminished.

Barnett is still leading the assists chart in League One this season and could provide that added spark needed to break down a deep defence.
Wrexham have been the ones defending deep and hanging on to a result recently however, that is set to change in the game against Exeter with the hosts more than happy with a draw.
