Wrexham have named an unchanged team in their last four League One outings and could be set to repeat the feat against Burton.
Phil Parkinson has chosen continuity in his quest for League One promotion and has named the same starting eleven since a 2-0 defeat to Reading back in March.
There are several players in excellent form, George Dobson starred in the 2-2 draw with Cambridge whilst Matty James has proved Brendan Rogers correct with his excellent displays in midfield.
Wing-backs are are important part of Wrexham’s success and the current duo of Ryan Longman and skipper James McClean have been working hard down the flanks
However, Parkinson should consider the recall of a player who has earned the Red Dragons many points this season.

Ryan Barnett should return to Wrexham side against Burton
Ryan Barnett currently tops the assists chart in League One alongside Peterborough duo Kwame Poke and Malik Mothersille and deserves his chance to bring some freshness to the Wrexham team against Burton.
His ability to deliver quality balls into the box could prove decisive as Wrexham go in search of points and goals in their fixture against Gary Bowyer’s side.
As per the Leader, Parkinson has been full of praise for Barnett’s performances this season and trusts the wing-back to do a job for the side.
Parkinson stated back in September 2024: “Barney’s got a real appetite for the game. He came back in the summer in really good shape; had a good pre-season and he’s continued that into this season.”
Barnett introduction could mean Ryan Longman moving to the left
Should Parkinson choose to bring Barnett in for the Burton clash, it could man Longman moving to left wing-back and provide an extra attacking threat from that side.
Wrexham know that Longman is equally adept on either foot, therefore playing on the left he has the ability to take the full back on the outside or cut in and cross with his stronger right foot.
With the Red Dragons having an inferior goal difference to Wycombe currently, they will be keen to try and close the gap of five goals and this bold move from Parkinson could bring about more creativity and threat.
Promotion could come down to goal difference in May and with Barnett and Longman at wing-backs, the likes of Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez would not be complaining about the service from wide areas.
