Phil Parkinson will need one Wrexham star to be at his best again this week when they host Birmingham City.
A spirited midweek display from the Red Dragons saw them secure a point away to Leicester City on Tuesday.
Wrexham must now turn their attention towards Birmingham City as they gear up for a third league match in six days.
The Blues have not had the best start to the season, and a 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday left them 12th in the table on October 1.

But Chris Davies’ team is still littered with quality talent, including their record signing, Jay Stansfield.

Wrexham fans praised Max Cleworth for his performance against Jay Stanfield
Wrexham and Birmingham locked horns in League One last season, with both eventually securing the automatic promotion places.
The first meeting between the pair in 2024/25 saw the Midlands outfit come away with a 3-1 win.
The reverse fixture at the Racecourse Ground on January 23 ended 1-1, and Max Cleworth was among the best performers on the night.
The academy product was tasked with keeping Birmingham’s record signing, Stansfield, quiet.
He succeeded on that front, and Wrexham fans praised Cleworth heavily at the time, suggesting he’s worth a lot more than the England U21 forward.
One fan even wrote that ‘if Stansfield is worth £15m then Max Cleworth is worth at least £400 trillion in my opinion.’

Phil Parkinson on Max Cleworth vs Jay Stanfield
Phil Parkinson shared a similar view on Cleworth’s performance against Stansfield in the 1-1 draw.
He said post-match: “We were up against some good players tonight but I think Max Cleworth, up against Jay Stansfield, everyone’s talking about Jay Stansfield and what a good player he is, and he is a good player, but people might be talking about young Max tonight,” said Parkinson.
“The way he handled him, I thought he was superb, an absolutely superb performance. He showed what great athleticism he’s got, how calm he is in one-v-one situations defensively… I don’t want to talk him up too much because the transfer window is still open, but he was excellent tonight.”
Despite all the changes in Wrexham’s backline this season, Cleworth has retained his place as the right-sided centre-back.
As for Stansfield, he has three goals in seven Championship games so far this term.
