Wrexham may be in the market for more attacking additions this summer, but Sam Dalby’s future remains unknown.
The League One play-offs kicked off on Saturday afternoon, but Phil Parkinson doesn’t need to worry about any of that.
Wrexham have already sealed promotion to the Championship, with Parkinson’s mind already turning to the summer.
Speculation has already begun with Plymouth Argyle defender Maksym Talovierov rumoured to be on Wrexham’s radar.
Attacking signings could be a priority and Talovierov’s Argyle teammate Ryan Hardie has also been linked with Wrexham.
Paul Mullin and Ollie Palmer could move on and Modou Faal may need a loan move, meaning Wrexham’s attacking options will be under the microscope.

Blackpool consider Sam Dalby move
The wildcard here is Sam Dalby.
Wrexham have offered Dalby a new deal, but the striker may be tempted to leave the STōK Cae Ras after a superb season on loan at Dundee United.
Dalby has racked up 14 goals in 30 Scottish Premiership games this season having been sent to Tannadice on transfer deadline day.
Dalby struggled for goals in a Wrexham shirt last season but has been an absolute sensation in Scotland.
Out of contract this summer, Dalby now faces a big decision over his future – and a League One club is now showing a real interest.
The Daily Record claim that Blackpool are eyeing up Dalby for a potential move to Bloomfield Road.
It’s suggested that boss Steve Bruce watched Dalby in action as Dundee United lost 2-0 to St Mirren on Saturday ahead of a possible move.
The Tangerines finished ninth in the League One table and may believe Dalby can fire them into the play-offs next season.
Don’t expect to see Sam Dalby in a Wrexham shirt next season
It’s great to see Dalby performing so well in Scotland and ultimately putting himself in the shop window.
A move to Blackpool would see Dalby feature under a former Premier League boss on a regular basis.
Wrexham may have put the offer on the table, but we just can’t see Dalby signing a new deal.
Dalby had fallen well down the pecking order by the time he left Wrexham on loan, and that was before deals for Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez.
Wrexham will now hunt more strikers in the summer window, and it’s difficult to see just how Dalby will receive any game time in the Championship.
Dundee United want to keep Dalby, but with more clubs joining the race, the striker will have plenty to weigh up – and we believe he is likely to take first-team action elsewhere over being a bit-part player at Wrexham.
