Callum Doyle is a Wrexham player
It was reported earlier this week that Wrexham were close to signing Callum Doyle from Manchester City.
Doyle is expected to join in a deal that could reach around £8m once all add-ons are met.
Now, the Man City youngster has been pictured in Wrexham training gear, with an official announcement due shortly.

What the experts say about new Wrexham signing Callum Doyle
After links to Wrexham emerged, The Wrexham Insider have spoken to two experts to get the lowdown on the defender.
Srinivas Sadhanand from Manchester City News explained to us how he expects Doyle to thrive as a left-sided centre-back for Wrexham.
He said: “Absolutely [that role will suit him]. From what I’ve seen, Doyle is adept at defending in wide areas and has the athleticism to sweep up any signs of danger when called upon in large spaces, two key components for any defender to play such a role.
“The Englishman also has the passing range to be able to break the lines and be expansive, making him a potentially perfect fit for the role.”
Meanwhile, Sunderland expert Ethan Todd outlined Doyle’s key strengths after watching him during a loan spell at the Stadium of Light.
He said: “Callum Doyle’s main strengths as a player is undoubtedly his ability in possession. As expected from a Manchester City academy graduate, his quality on the ball is exceptional for a defender, and as a natural left-footer, it makes progressing possession so much more fluent.
“Combining that with his reading of the game, composure in defence and physical profile, he is the epitome of a modern-day centre-back.”
