Wrexham and Birmingham City kick off the weekend’s Championship action with a Friday evening clash.
Wrexham go into the game still searching for a first home win of the season since returning to the Championship.
They drew with Leicester City on Tuesday, seeing the Dragons secure 15th place when the midweek action was over.
Despite the big gap between the two sides last season, meanwhile, Birmingham City are just two points above Phil Parkinson’s men going into the match.

Wrexham team and injury news vs Birmingham City
Wrexham have several long-term absentees going into the fixture.
Jay Rodriguez, Danny Ward and Andy Cannon are out of the Championship squad at present due to fitness issues and are not expected to play this year.
Elsewhere, Ollie Rathbone is closing in on a return, with the midfielder set to become the 25th man in the squad.
Liberato Cacace has been absent for several weeks now, and there has been no news on his potential return happening until after the international break.
Meanwhile, Josh Windass posted an image of his foot to social media after the Leicester tie, and it was incredibly banged up.
Parkinson is yet to provide a fitness update, though it seems unlikely the attacking midfielder is in any condition to start the clash.

Wrexham predicted line-up vs Birmingham City
Parkinson has started the exact same eleven in Wrexham’s last two league matches.
However, this will be the Dragons’ third game in the space of six days, and a couple of changes may need to be made.
Windass has been excellent since signing, but his recent foot problem and the upturn in form from Nathan Broadhead could mean the latter starts on Friday instead.
The backline seems likely to be kept as is unless Cacace has made a full recovery.
In midfield, Matty James earned praise from Parkinson post-Leicester, and he could replace Ben Sheaf in the eleven this weekend.
Predicted XI: Okonkwo, Cleworth, Hyam, Brunt, Kabore, Dobson, James, Longman, O’Brien, Broadhead, Moore.
