Wrexham have picked up another victory in the EFL Trophy after beating Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-0 on Tuesday night.
Wrexham fans enjoyed the weekend having watched a 4-1 thrashing of Northampton Town at the STōK Cae Ras.
After a couple of tricky games on the road, Wrexham were bang at it in front of the home crowd once again.
The international break is here but Wrexham still had another fixture on Tuesday night.
Phil Parkinson named a side to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers Under-21’s in the EFL Trophy and picked up a 3-0 win in the process.
Lewis Brunt, Paul Mullin and Modou Faal were all on the scoresheet as Wrexham made it two wins from two in the EFL Trophy.

Wrexham fans name Man of the Match
That win means Wrexham are now guaranteed a spot in the last 32 of the competition with one group stage game remaining.
Parkinson rotated his side heavily from the game against Northampton and gave chances to a number of fringe players.
Anthony Forde and Will Boyle started the game whilst youngsters Aaron James and Harry Ashfield were given chances to shine.
During the second half, Wrexham confirmed that fans were allowed to vote on the Man of the Match against the Wolves Under-21’s.
Wrexham fans voted for striker Faal as the Man of the Match, which is no doubt another major boost of confidence for the forward.
Faal has yet to feature in League One since joining Wrexham from West Bromwich Albion on transfer deadline day.
The Gambian forward received criticism after a shaky debut against Salford City in the last EFL Trophy game but stepped up with a stunning goal against Wolves Under-21’s.
Faal pulled off an acrobatic finish to make it 3-0 in front of the Tech End, with Wrexham fans recognising his impact.
Modou Faal on Wrexham display
This will hopefully help Faal really kick on and show more of what he is about moving forward.
Faal is young and raw; he needs time to settle in and develop into a first-team star at Wrexham whilst learning from experienced forwards around him.
A stunning goal and a Man of the Match award should really boost Faal but he actually laughed off the award after the game.
Speaking on Wrexham Match Day Live, Faal joked that he ‘nicked’ the Man of the Match award and questioned just how he won it.
Faal was still happy with how the night went, even if he feels that some aspects of his game could be a ‘little bit better’.
“How have I nicked that Man of the Match, you know what I mean?” said Faal.
“I enjoyed it. It was good to get a goal, I was just happy with how the game went. I feel like it could have gone a little bit better, of course, everything can, but overall, I think it was alright and credit to the boys,” he added.
Phil Parkinson will be delighted with Faal’s impact and will hope to see Faal really kick on and push for more first-team action in the coming weeks and months.
