Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have brought many big names to Wrexham in the last four years.

Wrexham enjoyed a tremendous 2024/25 season in League One, which ended with the club making history.

The Red Dragons were promoted with 92 points, the most they have managed in a single EFL season.

They also became the first side ever to win three promotions in a row when starting in the fifth tier or higher.

With 2024/25 now over, the Welsh outfit’s historic campaign has been documented and broadcast in the new season of Welcome to Wrexham, which included appearances from several celebrities such as Channing Tatum.

Season 4 Episode 4 of the documentary was released on Disney+ for fans in the United Kingdom on May 30.

The episode saw Tatum featuring heavily after he paid a visit to the Racecourse alongside Ryan Reynolds.

After watching the club in action, Channing was invited out to a party with the Wrexham players.

Ryan did not attend, but at the end of Episode 4, he shared what Tatum was texting him at the party.

Ryan said: “I’m going to read you Channing’s texts on the night in question. ‘Oops, I might have had too much fun with the boys’. Long pause. Then I get ‘we definitely got way more loose than I was ever planning to. It happened and I’m sorry’.

“What happened? [Ryan asked] I get this back, ‘it’s definitely gonna be on the internet’. ——- Magic Mike.”
