The transfer window slammed shut over a week ago but Wrexham have since completed one more signing, with Josh Adam arriving on a free transfer.
Josh Adam was the name on the lips of many Wrexham supporters on transfer deadline day as Adam had been spotted training with Phil Parkinson’s squad.
The 20-year-old was released by Manchester City this summer and was looking for a new club as Wrexham pounced to sign Adam on Monday afternoon.
Adam signed a one-year contract at the Racecourse Ground with the option of another year if he impresses in Wales.
The youngster was, of course, delighted to get a deal wrapped up after a summer of uncertainty, with many of his teammates past and present reacting to this transfer.

Lewis Brunt and Mo Faal react as Josh Adam completes Wrexham move
After being captured by Wrexham, Adam joins a supremely talented squad that is flying high at the top of League One.
Parkinson’s men have secured four victories from five in the third tier, having only dropped two points in the goalless draw against Bolton Wanderers.
The latest win came against local rivals Shrewsbury Town on Saturday and Wrexham’s new signing will have been impressed with what he saw.
Since completing his move to the Racecourse, several of his teammates – new and old – have congratulated him as he embarks on a new chapter.
Posting on Instagram on Monday, Adam wrote: “Delighted to be here. Can’t wait to get started”.
Fellow new signings, Lewis Brunt and Mo Faal responded to the post. Brunt responded with a heart-eye emoji while Faal simply said “Snnnn” accompanied with a love heart.
Some of his former Man City teammates also replied, with Shea Charles, now of Southampton, saying: “All the best bro,” while Micah Hamilton wrote: “Good luck brother.”

Josh Adam’s challenge at Wrexham
Adam arrives at a club who are stacked for options in midfield and their strong start to the season makes it even harder to break into the starting eleven.
Parkinson started with a midfield trio of George Dobson, Ollie Rathbone and Elliot Lee against Shrewsbury, as the likes of Andy Cannon and James Jones were left out.
This gives the youngster an unenviable task of earning minutes in the first-team but Parkinson clearly sees him as a talented player who can eventually break through.
Perhaps Adam will be mainly used in the EFL Trophy fixtures and if he impresses in those games, then he may be considered for a starting berth in the league.
