Wales and England are set to clash at Wembley, with two Wrexham stars expected to play a starring role for the visitors in this friendly fixture.

Kieffer Moore and Nathan Broadhead are expected to make an appearance in tonight’s clash, as Craig Bellamy’s side look to beat the Three Lions for the first time since 1984, when Wales beat England at the Racecourse Ground in a unique piece of Welsh history at Wrexham.

Moore aims to beat a Cardiff City legend’s goalscoring record tonight when the old enemies clash at Wembley, as he looks to improve his record of 15 goals for his country as he is expected to make his 51st international cap.

Bellamy is looking for Wales to perform like the 2011 side did at Wembley, when they should have earned a famous victory, with the current manager believing this should earn them a historic win.

Kieffer Moore can score in three consecutive Wales games for the first time ever

The Wrexham striker has been in fine form this season for Wrexham, as he has netted four goals in his nine Championship appearances, helping the Red Dragons earn 10 points so far in the campaign.

Moore has also been in fine form recently for Wales, scoring in each of his last two Wales appearances, scoring against Liechtenstein and Kazakhstan.

He has never scored in three consecutive matches for his nation; however, he has the chance to do so against England at Wembley, and there can be no finer stage for him to finally achieve this feat.

Wales have not beaten England at Wembley since 1977, and should Moore be on form and score for them, then it will surely go a long way in helping them in ending this terrible run against their rivals.

Kieffer Moore incredibly proud to represent Wales

The Wrexham striker was speaking ahead of the match about just how much he loves representing his nation, having done so on 50 occasions already.

Moore demonstrated his desire to represent Wales during the last international break, as he had broken his nose ahead of the window while playing against Millwall, but this did not stop him from linking up when Bellamy selected him to represent his nation.

As reported by The Leader, he said: “I broke my nose from that, so not ideal, but it didn’t stop me. I love playing for my country.

“There’s no greater honour than playing for your country. It’s everything you ever want.

“International football is amazing, and to be a part of it and to play a part in it is incredible.”
