Wrexham are preparing for an away League One clash against Cambridge United on Saturday, December 14th.
Wrexham have not been great when playing away from the Racecourse Ground in 2024/25.
Phil Parkinson has seen his side remain unbeaten at home this term but they have already dropped points in six matches on the road.
They did, however, beat Burton Albion last Saturday and with Cambridge United similarly poor, another victory could be on the cards.
Cambridge kick off the weekend 22nd in League One with just four wins and 16 points from their first 18 matches of the campaign.
Wrexham, on the other hand, are in superb form of late, with Parkinson and Max Cleworth nominated for League One awards recently.

Phil Parkinson can match Wrexham record vs Cambridge United
Wrexham fell to defeat at the hands of Stockport County on November 16th, losing 1-0.
They quickly bounced back with a 3-0 hammering of Exeter City in their following League One fixture.
This has been followed by 1-0 victories over Lincoln City and Burton, seeing them climb level on points with the league leaders, Wycombe Wanderers.
Now, a historic Wrexham stat has emerged ahead of the trip to Cambridge and Parkinson’s side could match it this weekend.
The Red Dragons have kept clean sheets in each of their last four League One games. The last time they had a longer run of shutouts when plying their trade in the third tier came between April and May of 2000 – managing five on the spin.

Eoghan O’Connell on Wrexham defensive record
After securing another clean sheet against Burton, Wrexham have by far and away the best defensive record in League One this season.
They have conceded just 11 goals in 19 matches, with Huddersfield Town and Birmingham City (both 16) the only sides to come anywhere close to matching them.
Said teams have also played fewer games than Wrexham at present, making their record even more remarkable.
And as per BBC Sport, Eoghan O’Connell has spoken out about his team conceding so few goals.
He said: “That gives the team a good base to build from.
“We work really well together. We have had some changes at the back and in goal, but it just shows the ethos of the team – we want to do it for each other, we want to defend, we want to run.
“I think the clean sheets are a mark of that for everyone.”
