Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are looking to take Wrexham to the Championship for the first time since it was rebranded in the early 2000s.
With each season that passes, Wrexham just seem to be getting better and better.
It’s crazy to think that just two years ago, they were competing in the National League, which they had been in for 15 years.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have supported the Red Dragons very well during their tenure as owners, however, and they are closing in on a historic third straight promotion.
It’s by no means guaranteed yet, but with only four points separating Wrexham and second-place Wycombe Wanderers, automatic promotion is firmly on the cards.
Should that not happen, Phil Parkinson’s men still have a very good chance of booking a place in the Championship for 2025/26 via the play-offs.
Ahead of potential promotion to the second tier, meanwhile, Rob and Ryan have been sent a warning.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney told to fix Wrexham stadium quickly
Earlier this week, the club released images of revised plans for a new Kop stand, as pictured above.
Wrexham fans had mixed reactions to their new stadium plans but the design is not expected to be the biggest issue.
Since Reynolds and McElhenney took over, they have been planning to rebuild the Kop but have faced issues when doing so.
As per BBC Sport, work on the stand was expected to begin in 2023 but was delayed because of ‘additional complications’.
A new date for construction hasn’t been set as of writing but when we spoke to transfer expert Graeme Bailey, he stated the sooner Wrexham complete the Kop the better, otherwise Rob and Ryan will release their pockets are the same as most Championship teams.
He said: “Well, the sooner they get it done, the sooner they sell more tickets and that extra income allows for a bigger budget. They do need it as Messrs Reynolds and McElhenney, if they hadn’t already, will realise their pockets are the same as most clubs at Championship level.”

Wrexham chief comments on stadium plans
The new stand, when completed, is expected to house 5,500 fans on a matchday and will allow Wrexham to host international matches in the future.
This should provide extra income for the club as they look to continue their journey from the National League right up to the Premier League.
Wrexham chief Michael Williamson commented on the stadium plans recently, saying: “The new Kop Stand marks a special moment in the history of the STōK Cae Ras, allowing us to restore the traditional four-sided enclosure of the stadium, providing new and improved facilities and experiences for our fans and visitors to the stadium alike.”
