Wrexham striker, Sam Dalby has opened up about his opportunities to play games, ahead of the EFL Trophy clash with Burton Albion.
It is a busy week for Wrexham with three games in a week in all three competitions available to them right now.
With an FA Cup clash last weekend, EFL Trophy in midweek and League Two action coming up, there is plenty for Phil Parkinson to contend with.
Last time out, progression in the cup was confirmed with Shrewsbury Town waiting in round three. Thanks to goals from Ollie Palmer, Andy Cannon and Sam Dalby, the Reds secured a 3-0 win over Yeovil.

Next up at The Racecourse is Burton Albion and this is followed by a trip to face Forest Green at the weekend in League Two.
With the heavy fixture congestion right now, squad rotation is going to be key. This has been discussed by Sam Dalby.
What has Sam Dalby said?
It has been a strange campaign so far for Dalby. He has 24 appearances, in all competitions, so far this season. The disappointing thing from his point of view will be that he has made just nine starts in those games.
He so far has three goals with two in the FA Cup and one coming in the EFL Trophy. This lack of goals in League Two has seen him drop more regularly in recent weeks.
Speaking on his game time with Leader Live, Dalby said: “We all want to be playing games and we can rotate our squad and have a strong team. Whether you are starting or coming off the bench, it is important to show what you can do.
“We have got a strong squad so every opportunity counts, you have got to take them. Every time you get on the pitch, it is a good opportunity to show how good you are.”
Wrexham fans and Dalby himself can be hopeful that the goal against Yeovil will spark him back into life for the campaign. With that being said, he has never been a prolific striker. The most he has ever scored in one season is 10 with Southend.
He is a good player and adds more than just goals. On the Yeovil game, he said: “Any opportunity you get, you want to help the team out and thankfully I did that against Yeovil.
“It is going to be another tough test for us. It is only 48 hours after the Yeovil game but we will do our best to get through to the next round.”
The fixtures that have been played and the ones still left to go are coming thick and fast. Squad rotation will be needed and Dalby will have to play his part.
