So with that being said, here is everything you need to know about the Wrexham transfer target.

Bailey Cadamarteri career so far
Given his age, Bailey Cadamarteri has had a limited career so far, spending all of his time with Sheffield Wednesday.
Cadamarteri joined the Owls’ youth team at the age of 8. He began to make a name for himself at U18 level, scoring four goals in one match.
The teenager signed his first professional contract on June 8th, 2022, before making his senior debut in the EFL Trophy against Leicester City’s U21s on October 18th of that year.
The striker missed part of the 2023/24 pre-season while recovering from injury but became a regular feature under Danny Rohl later in the campaign.
Cadamarteri featured 26 times for Wednesday last term, scoring six goals and providing one assist.
Bailey Cadamarteri Wrexham transfer
As mentioned above, Wrexham are yet to complete a deal for Cadamarteri, but they are the front-runners ahead of Blackpool, Huddersfield Town, Stockport County, Dundee United, and Motherwell.
The forward is under contract with Sheffield Wednesday until 2028 and the Championship outfit would prefer a loan deal over a permanent transfer this summer.

What have the experts said about Bailey Cadamarteri?
Cadamarteri is of Italian, Irish and Jamaican descent. The latter of that trio are interested in having the player feature for them at senior level.
Speaking earlier this year, as per The Star, former Jamaica boss Heimir Hallgrimsson was full of praise for Bailey.
He said: “Firstly he’s like Kaheim Dixon (another young Jamaican attacker).
“He has got goals written all over him – in his youth career he’s scored a lot of goals. But for me, as a striker what catches my eye is that he’s really hard working, he’s got constant running in behind defences, and he’s a good link up player.
“He’s clever using spaces and his technique is really good, so I think he has all the attributes that a good striker should have – but he’s still young, like Kaheim Dixon.”
Sheffield Wednesday journalist Joe Crann also praised the striker via Twitter/X in December 2023.
He wrote: “What a moment for Bailey Cadamarteri… He’s been at #SWFC since he was eight, scored goals all the way through, and today – after a decade at the Owls academy – he’s grabbed his first senior goal for the club. Love to see it.”
A fellow teammate of Cadamarteri, Michael Smith, gave a glowing review of the player in May 2024 as well, as per the Yorkshire Post.
He said: “I’ve watched him walking into the ground and he’s not built like a 17 or 18-year-old and he’s filled out an awful lot and he has got a real chance in that sense as well.
“He can look after himself and he’s got ability and that knack of being in the right place at the right time, which – as everyone says – is uncoachable. You have either got it or you haven’t.
“He’s done really well and seems like a really level-headed lad and you can see he’s got the experience of his family to lean on as well as those in the dressing room. I am pretty sure he will have a very good career.”
