Wrexham fans have had a lot to say after their club’s latest outing ended in defeat.
Wrexham were beaten 2-1 by Leyton Orient on Tuesday evening despite taking the lead early on via Ollie Rathbone.
Some fans have called for Phil Parkinson to be sacked after the Red Dragons’ recent slump in form.
This may be a bit of an overreaction at this stage but it is clear the manager will have to change something up if they are to put an end to a worrying run of results.
Wrexham achieved an unwanted feat against Leyton Orient and have dropped five points behind the automatic promotion places after the loss.

Wrexham fans want Phil Parkinson to start Ryan Longman
Following the match, supporters have taken to social media to make their feelings clear.
Wrexham fans want Paul Mullin to return after the striker was once again left out of the matchday squad in midweek.
Meanwhile, many have also expressed their desire for Parkinson to start Ryan Longman ahead of James McClean going forward.
One fan wrote: “Longman has to play. Looked like a proper threat last 10 on the left. I’d probably swap him for McLean and leave Barney in.”
A second added: “Barney lacks variety – defenders know where he’s going and find it easy to shut it down. Longman can deliver off both feet, going subside or outside his man. McClean has been more effective than Barney for the last couple of months. Barney to come on when the defender tires.”
“Maybe controversial this but what about Longman on the left and Barnett on the right? (I love MCclean but I still don’t think left-wing-back is his position),” another stated.
A fourth added: “Definitely Longman in for Barnett/McClean who were both off the pace and negative. Everything came down our left first half and Brunt looked dodgy.”
While a fifth wrote: “Got to play Cannon when Lee isn’t there. Also think we’re much better progressing the ball with O’Connor at the back. Move Brunt into the middle and put O’Connor on the left of the three. Longman/Revan need more chances too, pace causes problems and our best outlet is our width.”
And another Wrexham fan explained: “Spot on. While Smith is an upgrade in my opinion. The personnel has not been the problem it’s the tactics and formation. We look lost and there’s no pattern of play, apart from get it to Barney, if that doesn’t work just launch it long (Longman needs to start for McClean by the way).”

Ryan Longman Wrexham stats vs Leyton Orient
The former Hull City star is a right-sided player by trade but Parkinson confirmed Longman can play on the left if needed.
Both McClean and Barentt have been two of Wrexham’s biggest attacking threats this term but the recent form of Longman may warrant a start in the league.
| Ryan Longman | Stats vs Leyton Orient |
| Minutes | 15 |
| Sofascore rating | 7.0 |
| Shots | 1 |
| Key passes | 1 |
| Crosses (accurate) | 5 (3) |
McClean is the obvious option to drop out but it is worth pointing out that Barnett hasn’t been at the top of his game recently, so could well be dropped for one match.
