Wrexham have released the new home shirt for the 2025-26 Championship season and it has certainly left an impression on supporters.
The Championship kick-off is now just a month away as Wrexham’s preparations for the new campaign ramp up.
Phil Parkinson has taken his Wrexham squad to Australia for games against Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC, before moving on to face Wellington Phoenix in New Zealand.
Wrexham take on Southampton on the opening weekend of the season, and Parkinson will be looking towards that date in exactly a month.
The summer always brings new kits for every team, and Wrexham are no different.
Wrexham have now unveiled the new home shirt, with fans left impressed by Macron’s latest offering.

Wrexham fans on latest home shirt
Macron have taken inspiration from Wrexham’s home shirt between 1981 and 1983 to produce a retro-themed shirt for the 2025-26 season.
The shirt certainly evokes memories of the legendary Joey Jones representing Wrexham in the 1980’s, and fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the latest Wrexham home shirt.

Others called the shirt ‘beautiful’, ‘sublime’ and ‘unreal’, believing that the club are doing previous legends proud with such a great homage.

Wrexham still have two more kits to announce
Wrexham announced a new sponsorship with Ancestry earlier this week, with the genealogy experts becoming front-of-shirt sponsors for training gear.
The home shirt has now been unveiled and there are two more to come, with Wrexham set to confirm away and third shirts.
The first season under Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds saw Wrexham wear a Philadelphia Eagles-inspired green away shirt, almost exactly the same shade as McElhenney’s beloved Eagles.
Wrexham also wore a white, green and red third shirt, which was worn in the FA Trophy final defeat to Bromley.
The 2022-23 season brought a light blue away shirt, with the white third shirt staying on for another campaign.
Wrexham went to a black third shirt in 2023-24, with another white, green and red-coloured shirt unveiled as the away strip.
Black was the away colour again last season, with a striking gold number chosen as the third shirt.
Wrexham will now announce new away and third shirts, with fans no doubt having high expectations after such an impressive home shirt.
