Max Cleworth has been one of the most consistent players for Wrexham during the 2024/25 season.
Ollie Rathbone has impressed following a slow start to life at the Racecourse Ground on the back of his summer switch.
George Dobson had a bright patch shortly after his arrival as well and countless more players have shone across te 2024/25 season for Wrexham.
However, while many have seen their form drop and improve in patches, there has not been a player as consistent as Max Cleworth this season.
The centre-back’s ability to play out from the back is second to none in the Red Dragons team, while his attacking threat has been so important during periods when the club’s attackers are not scoring.
Cleworth has netted seven in the league already this term despite being a centre-back and it looks as though Wrexham have already found their next goal-scoring defender.

Tom Kelly can be Wrexham’s new Max Cleworth
Cleworth joined Wrexham’s youth system in 2014 before cementing himself as a key figure under Phil Parkinson.
Now, young defender Tom Kelly could be set to follow in the footsteps of the 22-year-old as he continues to shine at U18 level.
Kelly shone for Wrexham in the FA Youth Cup in October and was back in action this week.
The Red Dragons took on Harrogate Town in EFL Youth Alliance and managed to come away with a 3-2 victory.
Kelly started the tie at centre-back but was able to score the club’s second and third goal, the latter of which proved to be the winner.

Wrexham gem Tom Kelly has Championship interest
The 17-year-old has played 41 games in all competitions at youth level so far this season and has seriously impressed.
As is to be expected, however, the versatile defender, who can operate at left-back as well, is already garnering interest.
Championship scouts have watched Kelly this season and are said to be ‘very excited’ by his potential.
The teenager is yet to sign a professional deal with the Welsh outfit but given his form this season, it may be time for Parkinson and co. to get him tied down for the club term.
Crucially, Kelly generally plays as a left-sided centre-back, meaning both he and Cleworth should fit easily into the same backline at senior level.
