Wrexham will put their League One season on pause this weekend for an FA Cup meeting with Harrogate Town.
Wrexham drew 2-2 with Charlton Athletic this past Saturday, with that draw seeing the Red Dragons slip out of the automatic promotion places.
The Welsh outfit are now one point adrift of second-place Wycombe Wanderers and four points behind Birmingham City having played a game more than both sides.
But while the Wrexham players will no doubt be keen to right a wrong and get back to winning ways in the league, they must first turn their attention toward the FA Cup.
The competition does not begin for most English sides until January but as Wrexham were in League Two last season, they enter the FA Cup in the first round.
Their first fixture takes place at 3:30pm BST on Sunday, November 3rd versus Harrogate Town.
Harrogate are currently competing in League Two and have not had a great start to 2024/25, winning just four of their opening 14 league matches.

Sebastian Revan can prove himself to Phil Parkinson when Wrexham face Harrogate Town
With Harrogate in a lower division than Wrexham and the league expected to be the focus for the Welsh outfit this season, Phil Parkinson is likely to make a number of changes to his starting line-up.
Wrexham’s two recent additions could be given a runout for the first time this weekend since they completed their free transfers.
Summer signing Modou Faal could also be given a rare start in the cup this weekend.
Elsewhere, it is expected that Sebastian Revan will start the game, either at right-back or left-back.
The defender joined Wrexham from Aston Villa in the most recent window but he is still yet to feature in any meaningful fashion.
Parkinson called Revan ‘special’ after the full-back made an appearance in the EFL Trophy versus Salford City and Sunday’s game could present Revan with another golden chance to prove himself to the Wrexham manager.

Sebastian Revan has tough competition at Wrexham
While Revan has shone in his very limited starts, just two in League One in 2024/25, it is hard to see how he becomes a regular fixture in this side.
The defender can operate with great success on both sides of a back-five but Wrexham are currently well stocked in both areas.
Ryan Barnett is playing the best football of his career on the right and it is unlikely he will be dropped anytime soon.
The more likely way Revan will break into the team will be at left-wing-back in place of McClean.
The Wrexham captain is 35 and will surely need to be rested several times this term, giving the former Aston Villa gem a real chance to become a starter for his new team.
