Wrexham have now confirmed on deadline day that a player has left the club by mutual consent.
With 10 names already through the door, Wrexham have further strengthened their squad on deadline day.
Ben Sheaf has joined from Coventry City, penning terms on a three-year deal which has the option of an extra year.
However, outgoings were also expected to take place on deadline day, given the size of Phil Parkinson’s squad.
An exit has now been confirmed by the Red Dragons on Monday.

George Evans leaves Wrexham for Burton Albion
It emerged on Monday afternoon that George Evans was in talks with Burton Albion about a move.
Wrexham fans wished Evans well ahead of a potential transfer to the League One side.
Now, the Welsh team have officially announced the departure of Evans in a club statement on their website, with the player having his contract terminated by mutual consent.
They wrote: “Wrexham AFC can confirm double promotion winner George Evans is leaving the Club by mutual consent.
“Evans, 30, signed from Millwall on Deadline Day in September 2023, playing 32 matches in all competitions as we earned promotion to League One.
“Injuries disrupted his 2024/25 campaign, but he made a further 11 appearances in all competitions – helping us to reach the EFL Trophy semi-finals and secure an historic promotion to the EFL Championship.
“Evans has played twice this season, in the Carabao Cup, and departs having played 45 times in all competitions in total.
“All at Wrexham AFC would like to thank George for his efforts and contributions during his time with the Football Club and wish him all the best for the future.”

George Evans’ Wrexham stint
At the beginning of their 2023/24 League Two campaign, Wrexham snapped up Evans on a permanent basis from Millwall.
He was a regular feature that season as the Dragons secured their second promotion in a row.
But thanks to new arrivals last summer and injury problems, he fell out of favour last term, playing just seven league matches.
It has been a similar story in 2025/26 so far, with Evans not featuring in the Championship and Wrexham once again improving their midfield with the additions of Lewis O’Brien, George Thomason and Sheaf.
