Wrexham saw Paul Mullin leave the club on Monday and more players could depart as Phil Parkinson prepares for the Championship.
Wrexham brought in the first new signing of the summer last week as Ryan Hardie completed his move from Plymouth Argyle.
The Scot has penned a three-year deal at the STōK Cae Ras, with Wrexham paying just £700,000 to secure Hardie’s signature.
Wrexham are eyeing more signings, but Phil Parkinson must also move some players out of the club.
Paul Mullin’s move to Wigan Athletic was an emotional one, and more promotion-winning figures will follow him out of the club.

Shrewsbury Town push to sign Will Boyle
Defender Will Boyle is one player who may need to move on from Wrexham this summer.
Wrexham signed Boyle in 2023, prising him away from Huddersfield Town to bolster Phil Parkinson’s squad.
Boyle was praised as ‘fantastic’ by Neil Warnock on Huddersfield’s official website upon joining Wrexham, and he played a key role in winning promotion to League One.
Boyle didn’t feature at all in League One last season, though, and has fallen down the Wrexham pecking order.
A departure this summer looks inevitable, and the Shropshire Star report that Shrewsbury Town are now leading the race to sign Boyle.
Wrexham’s cross-border rivals suffered relegation from League One last season and are now looking to navigate a way out of League Two.
Michael Appleton is staying on as Shrewsbury boss and now wants to bring in Boyle to help lead his promotion hopes.
Wrexham are unlikely to stand in Boyle’s way, even with the Shrewsbury rivalry in mind, and the defender could leave the STōK Cae Ras very soon.
Gillingham look set to miss out
Shrewsbury will hope to wrap up a deal for Boyle quickly, especially given rival interest from other League Two sides.
Reports earlier in June suggested that Gillingham were in talks to sign Boyle.
The Gills are now led by Gareth Ainsworth, who ironically left Shrewsbury to take over at the Priestfield Stadium.
Ainsworth was hoping to land Boyle in a major addition to his back line, but may now miss out as his former club launch a hijack attempt.
Wrexham won’t really mind too much where Boyle ends up, but will appreciate his efforts over the last two years as he heads towards the exit door.
