Wrexham have completed the signing of Conor Coady from Leicester City.
Coady passed a medical at Wrexham and has signed a two-year contract at the club with the option of an additional year.
Phil Parkinson has been seeking Premier League experience in his defensive ranks this summer and the former Everton and Wolves man provides that with nearly 200 appearances in the top flight.
Coady has been touted as an excellent signing and Wrexham fans will be delighted by what he has said upon joining the club.

Conor Coady ‘over the moon’ at signing for Wrexham
Speaking to the club’s official website, Coady has expressed his delight at signing for the club and cannot wait to get started in a Wrexham shirt.
Coady stated: “I’m over the moon. It’s a special day, I’ll be honest.
“We’ve all seen what the Club has done over the past few years and for me to join is really special and I can’t wait to meet the boys and get started.”
Coady will have a positive impact on Max Cleworth and Lewis Brunt given his leadership qualities and will add a real figure of authority to the team’s defensive options.
It remains to be seen whether Coady will make his debut in the pre-season friendly against Groningen but Parkinson will be keen to get some minutes under the belt of his new signing.
