Wrexham are said to be interested in signing Ronan Hale from Cliftonville and are amongst five other teams in for the attacker.
There has been no secret that Wrexham have been interested in bringing in attacking reinforcement this winter.
This has seen the Reds be linked to Jonson Clarke Harris in recent weeks but no January deals have been done yet.
With that, it has still been a great campaign for Phil Parkinson and his side which has seen them rise to third in the league.
There have been plenty of great striker goalscoring performances so far in League Two. According to FotMob, Paul Mullin has nine and Ollie Palmer and Steven Fletcher have five. This has been complimented by 13 Elliot Lee goals.

With that being said, the Reds have now shown interest in making a new signing in an attacking position in January.
Wrexham in race for Ronan Hale
Ronan Hale is a product of the Birmingham City Academy who has since gone on to play for St Pats, Derry City and Larne.
So far this campaign he has registered eight goals and two assists across 14 games in the Irish league and cup.
Now in a report by Football Insider, they have suggested that there are a large number of teams in for the 25-year old.
On that, they said: “Derby, Portsmouth, Bolton, Blackpool, Peterborough and Wrexham have all registered their interest in Hale as they look to bolster their attacking options in the January transfer window. The Belfast-born ace won the Golden Boot in Northern Ireland last season with 30 goals across all competitions.
“He picked up a ligament injury during pre-season which forced him to miss the opening 11 games of the campaign. Now, he is on the radar for a move back to English football after scoring 41 goals in the last two seasons.”
Given his goalscoring exploits in recent years he would make a useful signing as an option in the Wrexham squad. This will be especially the case should fringe players like Billy Waters leave the club over the course of the season.
It must be said that Hale is unlikely to demand a starting XI spot straight away but could pose a useful squad player.
With the form of Mullin alongside options like Palmer, Fletcher and Dalby, there are plenty of strikers at the club already. Hale could be useful but with the other side’s interest, he may take up other offers.
