Wrexham fans unhappy with Ryan Hardie transfer links
Attacking reinforcements are likely to arrive in Wales before the current window slams shut.
A report earlier this week emerged that Wrexham want to sign Plymouth Argyle striker Ryan Hardie.
The forward has just one goal in the Championship this season, however, and a £2m release clause.
Wrexham fans have reacted to the Hardie links and it’s fair to say they don’t want him at their club for a seven-figure fee.
Wrexham promotion rivals weakened
While fans will of the Welsh outfit will, of course, be focused on their own club right now, one of their rivals has just been weakened.
Wycombe Wanderers overtook Wrexham in the League One table earlier this week after the latter lost to Barnsley.
However, Wycombe have lost Caleb Taylor ahead of the weekend’s action after he returned to West Bromwich Albion from his loan spell in the third tier.

Dundee United boss comments on Sam Dalby’s future
Sam Dalby was sent out on loan by Wrexham over the summer to Scottish side, Dundee United.
He’s since taken the SPL by storm and has now scored a very impressive 10 league goals.
His latest came in a derby against Dundee on Thursday evening and following that clash, Dundee United boss Jim Goodwin has commented on Dalby’s future.
The Wrexham loanee is out of contract in the summer and Goodwin hopes to tie him down to a permanent contract, though he admits it could prove difficult given Dalby’s form.
He said: “I knew when we took him that he would be successful here. My hope was that we’d be able to tie him down to a lengthy contract but the more he keeps banging in these goals the harder he’s going to make that task for me.
“I’m not concerned about that at the moment. I think as Dundee United supporters we should enjoy having him while he’s here. We’ll do everything we can to try and keep him but I’m pretty sure the big fella will have a lot of options in the summer.”
