Wrexham fans are left disappointed after a 3-1 defeat against QPR in the Championship on Saturday.
Wrexham’s start to the season continued to be mixed, with just one win from their opening five Championship games so far.
Phil Parkinson’s side fell to another defeat on Saturday as Wrexham lost 3-1 at home to QPR, with Kieffer Moore the man on target for the Dragons.
The Welshman has now scored five goals in all competitions this season. But his side are slumped in 21st place of the Championship table.

More schoolboy defending from Wrexham
The first goal of the day was comical. Conor Coady ended up scoring an own goal as Arthur Okonkwo rushed off his line, trying and failing to claim the ball. Despite three solid centre-backs in Coady, Max Cleworth and Callum Doyle all starting, the trio looked lost at times.
Dom Hyam was on the bench on Saturday though, and he could be just what this Wrexham backline needs.
Wrexham lack pace at the back
Leading on from the above point, and Wrexham look as though they’re really lacking some pace among those three central defenders.
Whilst there’s pace on the flanks and in the wing-back areas, those playing them positions often find themselves a bit too far forward when the ball is breaking past the Wrexham backline, and Coady and Doyle in particular look like they’re really not quick enough to deal with some attackers in this division.

Wrexham squad has been too hastily put together
Wrexham spent £40million on new players this summer and signed another three on deadline day, with Wrexham paying £6.5million to sign Ben Sheaf in a last minute purchase.
Whilst the squad on the whole looks strong, it’s simply not been playing together long enough to really start to look like a team capable of winning promotion from the Championship.
Time will be a great healer for this current spell of form.

Huge question marks over Arthur Okonkwo
Danny Ward is sidelined for four months after suffering an elbow injury in the last game against Millwall. Arthur Okonkwo inevitably stepped in, but the former Arsenal man didn’t take his chance, looking somewhat shaky throughout.
Wrexham fans have long wanted Okonkwo to really start progressing and showing his worth. But right now, he’s looking a bit out of his depth.
