Second-place Wrexham hosted 22nd-place Cambridge United at the Racecourse Ground in a 3pm League One tie on December 14th.
Phil Parkinson spoke of Wrexham injury problems before Cambridge United earlier in the week.
But the Red Dragons manager produced a pretty standard line-up for the meeting on Saturday.
As was to be expected, James McClean and George Dobson both came straight back into the side following their bans with Andy Cannon and Sebastian Revan dropping out.
Elliot Lee once again started up front just behind Ollie Palmer, with no place for Paul Mullin other than the bench against his former team.
Wrexham had won their last four league outings without conceding a single goal and were expected to produce a similar result against a Cambridge side flirting with relegation to League Two.

Elliot Lee struggles for Wrexham vs Cambridge United
The home side’s clean sheet record was ended after 20 minutes on Saturday but they equalised just five minutes later.
Ryan Barnett saw his cross deflected off an opposition player and land straight to James McClean, who headed home the equaliser.
After getting back on level terms, Wrexham lacked any proper attacking threat despite all their possession.
This was in part due to Elliot Lee once again starting the match up top alongside Ollie Palmer.
The natural midfielder did score from a corner last week, but Wrexham fans haven’t been happy with Lee in his new role.
With his side struggling, Parkinson opted to make two changes in the 62nd minute, seeing Mullin and Steven Fletcher come on for Ollie Palmer and Dobson.
This allowed Lee to drop back into midfield and almost instantly, Wrexham were so much better going forward, taking just three minutes to make it 2-1.

Elliot Lee has to start in midfield for Wrexham vs Bristol Rovers
Lee has been an excellent player for Wrexham over the last few years but his spell as a makeshift striker just hasn’t worked out.
He was seemingly only put in that role because Mullin is not in form right now.
But after Wrexham’s threat increased so much once he was dropped back, it’s obvious he needs to be placed in his best role next weekend.
Lee was been dubbed ‘fantastic’ previously but his displays as a striker haven’t exactly lived up to that label.
The Red Dragons face Bristol Rovers on December 21st and Parkinson should be looking to start Fletcher or Mullin alongside Palmer for that match.
