Wrexham produced another impressive away performance by beating Norwich City 3-2 at Carrow Road.
The trip to Norfolk is a long one, but Wrexham made the journey worthwhile with a brilliant victory over Norwich City.
Jack Stacey’s first-half opener didn’t knock Wrexham’s confidence, and Phil Parkinson saw his players conjure up a stunning display early in the second half.
Josh Windass scored either side of a Ryan Longman strike to put Wrexham 3-1 up, before Jovon Makama pulled one back for the hosts.
Wrexham saw out the game to claim a huge victory and a second away win in a row, having beaten Millwall 2-0 before the international break.

Josh Windass praises Wrexham’s Lewis Brunt
Windass was the hero of the day, producing two fine finishes to hand Wrexham the victory.
Summer signing Windass first found himself completely unmarked with the goal at his mercy, and he produced a technically brilliant finish to drill the ball beyond Vladan Kovacevic.
The former Sheffield Wednesday star then curled home an absolute beauty to bag his second and Wrexham’s third, capping off a brilliant return to the side.
Windass spoke to Wrexham’s official YouTube channel after the final whistle at Carrow Road, and he offered praise to defender Lewis Brunt.
Brunt came on as Wrexham’s left-sided centre-back at half-time, replacing former Norwich man Callum Doyle in the process.
Windass was impressed with Brunt’s display, suggesting that the defender made a ‘big difference’ to Wrexham’s second-half display.
Windass was also impressed with deadline day signings Ben Sheaf, Issa Kabore and Dominic Hyam, believing all three were ‘outstanding’ at Carrow Road.
“I thought they were all outstanding, Issa especially,” said Windass.
“Even when Lewis Brunt came on at half-time, called into the game, I thought he made a big difference.
“The new lads, Sheafy, Issa, Dom, I thought they were outstanding,” he added.
Lewis Brunt has a big role to play this season
Brunt was a regular starter in League One last season, but has seen new competition arrive this summer.
Wrexham have snapped up three new defenders, with Doyle, Hyam and Conor Coady all arriving at the STōK Cae Ras.
Brunt lost his place to Doyle in Wrexham’s 2-0 win at Millwall, but Saturday showed the role he can still play.
The former Leicester City man has shown that he is comfortable playing as Wrexham’s left-sided centre-back, but he is naturally right-footed and can certainly cover for Max Cleworth if needed.
Parkinson will need to call on his squad over the course of a 46-game season, and Brunt will certainly be given the chance to make an impact.
