Phil Parkinson was quick to heap praise on one ‘brilliant’ player after Wrexham’s latest outing.
Norwich City took a 1-0 lead in at the break, and it looked as though Phil Parkinson and his players were heading for another Championship upset.
However, Josh Windass was in top form and put the Red Dragons back on level terms, being assisted by Issa Kabore.
The right-back, who joined on loan from Manchester City during the summer transfer window, was making his debut against Liam Manning’s side.
Kabore was praised by fans after he managed to provide two assists in the 3-2 win over Norwich City.
Now, Parkinson has showered the Man City loanee in praise as well.

Phil Parkinson praises Issa Kabore for display vs Norwich City
Wrexham have had problems at wing-back so far this season.
It is such an important position in Parkinson’s system, and if the players are struggling, it makes the Dragons easy to exploit.
Kabore had no such issues on Saturday, using his pace and power to be a real nuisance for Norwich.
Speaking to the club’s media after the match, Parkinson shared a glowing verdict on the defender and was quick to highlight how he’s brought some much-needed security to the backline.
He said: “Izzy. I mean what a performance from young Izzy. He was, only came in last Friday morning and he’s been, we were debating to put him on the bench, and we’ve got to know him as the week’s gone on.
“But his attacking play was brilliant, but more importantly, he’s a very good defender, and we needed to get more security in that position today, and he gave us that.”

Issa Kabore stats for Wrexham vs Norwich City
Kabore earned two assists on the day, and that tally probably could have been higher had Kieffer Moore gotten on the end of some of his balls into the box.
Wrexham had much success in League One with Ryan Barnett and Ryan Longman providing a threat from the right, and Kabore looks set to take up that mantle in the Championship.

Defensive weakness on the left does remain, but once Liberato Cacace returns, that should change.
