Wrexham have moved level on points with Wycombe Wanderers after beating Burton Albion 1-0 away from home on Saturday.
Wrexham picked up three wins from three straight home games, beating Exeter City, Lincoln City and Barnsley at the STōK Cae Ras.
Phil Parkinson has racked up 200 home points as Wrexham boss but hit the road on Saturday to take on struggling Burton Albion.
The Brewers have faltered this season but beat Peterborough United in midweek and Burton boss Tom Hounsell called for the same against Wrexham.
With Storm Darragh causing mayhem, Wrexham grabbed a 1-0 victory in rather bizarre fashion.
Elliot Lee’s second-half corner kick swirled in the wind and found its way into the back of the net via the post, handing Wrexham the away win.

Phil Parkinson on Elliot Lee
Wrexham fans praised Lee for his goal but Burton’s Udoka Godwin-Malife branded the goal ‘freakish’, adding that it felt like a ‘punch in the ribs’.
Wrexham won’t care too much; away form hasn’t been great this season and any win on the road will be gratefully accepted.
Lee came up with the moment of quality – or perhaps fortune – and has now been praised by boss Parkinson.
Speaking to BBC Sport, Parkinson suggested that Lee was simply ‘brilliant’ against Burton Albion.
Parkinson added that Lee worked ‘tirelessly’ for the Wrexham cause and he ultimately deserves the headlines, not just for his winning goal but also for his contribution to the team.
“I’m pleased for Ell, I thought Ell was brilliant today,” said Parkinson. “He worked tirelessly for the team. He absolutely worked so hard for us.
“I’m pleased for him to get the headlines,” he added.
Lee a fixture in Wrexham side
Lee continued playing just off Ollie Palmer as Parkinson stuck with the 3-5-1-1 setup he has utilised in recent weeks.
Some wondered whether Paul Mullin would come back into the side with George Dobson suspended, suggesting Lee dropping back into midfield to make room for another striker.
That wasn’t the case though as Lee stayed in his advanced role and came up with the big moment, albeit from a set piece.
Parkinson clearly loves what Lee provides both on and off the ball and whether it’s 3-5-2 or this new 3-5-1-1, Lee will be a key man for a while yet.
