Wrexham are looking to secure yet another promotion under the guidance of Phil Parkinson this season.
During their first year as Wrexham owners, Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds sacked Dean Keates as manager.
Keates was initially given time to prove himself upon the North American duo’s arrival at the Racecourse Ground.
But after Wrexham missed out on the National League play-offs on the final day of 2020/21, he was relieved of his duties.
In his place, Rob and Ryan opted to bring Phil Parkinson in to try and take the club to the next level.
After play-off heartbreak versus Grimsby Town during his debut campaign, Parkinson has since guided the Welsh outfit to back-to-back promotions and is now on course to make it three in a row.

Andy Cannon names what Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson is ‘so good’ at
Wrexham are fighting for League One promotion, and with eight games left to play, it’s very achievable.
They go into the latest round of fixtures second in the division, three points above Wycombe Wanderers.
The Chairboys are still technically favourites to go up automatically due to their game in hand and better goal difference.
But Andy Cannon has been discussing the club’s battle for promotion this week, as per Leader Live.
And when doing so, he praised Parkinson for his ability to keep the Wrexham players ‘level-headed’.
He said: “Looking solid and coming out with the points at the end of it is so tough to do but the lads are doing great and hopefully that continues towards the end of the season.
“The gaffer is so good at keeping everyone level-headed and going onto the next game.
“Over the last couple of seasons I’ve been here, I’ve seen what he does with the lads at this stage of the season.
“It’s about carrying on the way that they are going and just focus on the next game as it comes.”

Wrexham will make history with promotion this season
It’s very rare that a team is able to achieve back-to-back promotions like Wrexham have already managed.
However, should the Red Dragons book their place in the Championship for 2025/26, they will make history.
No side have ever won three promotions in a row when starting from the National League or higher.
Chester F.C. did it from 2010 to 2013 but they started all the way down in the eighth tier of English football.
