Wrexham are fighting for a spot in the second round of the FA Cup this afternoon and Dan Scarr will hope for another start.
League One takes a back seat this weekend as Wrexham focus on the first round of the FA Cup.
Wrexham have been drawn against Harrogate Town in the FA Cup and travel over to Yorkshire on Sunday afternoon.
Phil Parkinson has enjoyed some fine third round wins in recent years but Wrexham must now avoid a nasty defeat in order to match those successes.
Harrogate boss Simon Weaver is looking forward to the game and Parkinson may be tempted to bring in some fringe players for starting roles.
Parkinson certainly has decisions to make in defence with seven players effectively battling it out for three spots.

Dan Scarr on Wrexham recruitment
Max Cleworth, Lewis Brunt, Eoghan O’Connell, Aaron James, Thomas O’Connor and Will Boyle are all in the mix for Wrexham, as is Dan Scarr.
Scarr joined Wrexham from Plymouth Argyle over the summer and had to be patient in waiting for his chance to shine.
Cleworth’s recent injury handed Scarr a chance and he has managed to keep his shirt.
O’Connell dropped out at Charlton as Cleworth returned, meaning Scarr is looking to keep his place – and will want to start against Harrogate.
Scarr has now told The FA’s official website that he has loved his time at Wrexham so far and really felt welcomed by his teammates.
The defender added ‘big credit’ for Wrexham’s recruitment team, believing that they have built a superb group of players – not just on the pitch, but off it as well.
“It’s been really good. From the first moment I walked through the door, the fans and all the lads welcomed me. I was made to feel a part of it straight away, which sometimes coming into a team that’s had so much success can be hard,” said Scarr.
“It’s a big credit to the management staff and the recruitment team how they’ve got this group together and it’s been a big part of the success they’ve had,” he added.
Scarr is just one of 11 signings Wrexham have made since winning promotion to League One.
Parkinson continues to rely heavily on those who won promotion last season but Wrexham’s squad depth is in a much better place now.
Scarr is a prime example; a player with League One and Championship experience but is now fighting for playing time at Wrexham.
Wrexham enjoyed a strong window and whilst Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds take most of the publicity, the scouts and recruitment team deserve the praise too.

Dan Scarr’s FA Cup history
Wrexham’s fine recruitment leaves Parkinson able to change up his team against Harrogate and potentially five chances to fringe players.
Everybody must be fully focused and take this one seriously with Wrexham drawing twice against Harrogate last season.
Scarr has warned his Wrexham teammates to be wary of a ‘tough’ game and he certainly has appreciation for the FA Cup.
Scarr hit the headlines in 2017, scoring for non-league Stourbridge in an FA Cup Third Round tie against League One side Wycombe Wanderers.
That resulted in a move to Scarr’s boyhood club Birmingham City, so he certainly knows what the FA Cup can do for a career, and will be looking to write a successful first FA Cup chapter as a Wrexham player on Sunday.
