Wrexham star Elliot Lee has revealed one of his favourite memories since arriving at the Racecourse.
Since the takeover, Wrexham star Elliot Lee has been one of the most important players in the squad.
The owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have been keen to add quality and experience to support Phil Parkinson during their time in North Wales.
Lee represents one of their best signings and continues to be a vital member of Parkinson’s team.
The former West Ham United man has been a big influence in the back-to-back promotions to League One, with the creative midfielder scoring 16 goals in League Two last year.
The midfielder is excited about the coming campaign and believes the Wrexham dressing room can give Wrexham the edge in League One.
The 29-year-old returned to action against Chelsea on the club’s Wrex Coast tour after recovering from a slight injury he picked up in a 5-1 win against Hanley Town earlier this summer.
During the tour, the former Charlton Athletic star has shared some of his greatest memories at the club.

Elliot Lee reveals he shared ‘amazing’ Sutton goal with his dad
Wrexham’s recent success on the pitch has been the highlight for most players and supporters alike.
Back-to-back promotions to League One is an incredible rise for the North Wales club, but Lee’s recent admission shows the importance of good characters and personality in the dressing room.
The Red Dragon star has revealed one of his special moments in a Wrexham shirt.
Speaking to Meninblazers, Lee said: “Scoring in the last minute, there is something extra about it.
“I always remember the Sutton game where I scored the volley in the last minute.
“My dad was staying with me that game, and because he has played football before and he’s had the high of scoring goals, he even said to me that’s the closest he’s got to that high.
“Watching me score that goal, especially in the last minute is like his high.
“So, I think it shows from a footballer’s point of view there’s not much more. Scoring a goal is the best thing in the world but to do it in the last moment is even better, it’s an amazing feeling.”

Elliot Lee is vital to Phil Parkinson’s Wrexham
As Wrexham prepare for a big test in the coming League One campaign, the former Sunderland boss will no doubt look to the creative midfielder to be the spark for his side.
The 29-year-old will have to help ease the absence of star man Paul Mullin who will miss the start of the season recovering from surgery after his latest injury blow.
The 56-year-old coach hasn’t named a club captain for the 24/25 season. Lee is a big character on and off the pitch for the Red Dragons and could be considered a leading figure in the Wrexham squad.
His work ethic and technical quality make him vital to the team and an integral part of their recent success, which makes him a viable choice for the manager to consider as club captain.
If Wrexham are to be competitive next season, Lee will no doubt be one the main contributors to Parkinson’s side.
