Wrexham have had a number of great strikers on their books over the years, most notably Paul Mullin.
Wrexham sent Paul Mullin out on loan to Wigan Athletic this summer after he lost his place under Phil Parkinson.
Mullin has scored 110 goals for the Dragons across all competitions since his arrival from Cambridge United in 2021.
He helped the club win three promotions but will not line up for them in the Championship following his loan to a League One side.
Mullin scored his first league goal for Wigan last week and is now competing with another former Wrexham striker in the division.

Paul Mullin vs Davis Keillor-Dunn
Davis Keillor-Dunn was released by Ross County in 2019 and spent several months as a free agent.
He was eventually picked up by Wrexham for nothing on January 16, 2020.
The centre-forward’s stint at the Racecourse Ground was brief and pretty uneventful.
Keillor-Dunn played six matches for the Welsh side, in which he scored one goal.
He left Wrexham to join Oldham Athletic on a free transfer in August 2020 and, after stints with Burton Albion and Mansfield Town, moved to Barnsley in the summer of 2024.
Now, the 27-year-old is competing against Mullin and his Wigan team in League One this season.
Keillor-Dunn has so far scored twice in the third tier this term, with the Wrexham loanee finding the back of the net once.
Overall, the Barnsley ace has 25 goals in the division – a much higher total than Mullin.
| Record in League One | Davis Keillor-Dunn | Paul Mullin |
| League One goals (25/26) | 2 | 1 |
| League One goals (overall | 25 | 7 |
Furthermore, Mullin’s current market valuation is now €550,000, while Keillor-Dunn is worth €1m, as per Transfermarkt.

Wrexham could have re-signed Davis Keillor-Dunn
Wrexham brought a number of new forwards to the club in the 2025 summer transfer window.
Nathan Broadhead, Kieffer Moore, Josh Windass and Ryan Hardie have all arrived to add firepower to Phil Parkinson’s attack.
However, Wrexham have been linked with Keillor-Dunn throughout the summer, who is thought to have had a price-tag of £2.5m.
The transfer window remains open for a few more days, but it doesn’t look as though Parkinson wants to add any more forwards to his squad this summer.
