Wrexham are looking to secure yet another promotion in the 2024/25 campaign.
The Red Dragons have become very accustomed to securing promotions since Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds took over the club in 2021.
Wrexham ended a 15-year stint in the National League in 2022/23 before finishing second in League Two last season to earn a spot in the third tier this time around.
As they continue their rise up the EFL ladder, however, the level of teams they are competing against is getting much stronger.
History suggests Wrexham will win promotion in 2024/25 but their recent form has dented those chances somewhat.
Phil Parkinson’s side have drawn their last two League One fixtures and as a result, slipped down to third in the table.
Ahead of them are Tom Brady’s Birmingham City and Wycombe Wanders, the former of which currently have a game in hand on Wrexham.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have been told why Birmingham will win League One in 2024/25 but right now, it is Wycombe who sit top of the division.

Matt Bloomfield among next Coventry City manager favourites
Wycombe are the side to beat right now, winning their last five fixtures and losing just twice all term – including an opening-day defeat to Wrexham.
However, The Chairboys may now be dealt a major blow at the hands of Coventry City.
After handing Derby County their first away league win of the season on November 6th, Coventry made the surprise decision to sack manager Mark Robins on Wednesday.
And according to The Guardian, one of the leading contenders to replace Robins at Coventry is Wycombe boss, Matt Bloomfield.
Bloomfield’s stance on a move is not currently known but if he were to take up the role, it would no doubt weaken Wycombe which, in turn, should help Wrexham in their quest for League One promotion.

How likely are Wrexham to win League One promotion in 2024/25
If Wycombe’s form does suffer because of a Bloomfield exit, Wrexham still have plenty of other promotion rivals to deal with.
Opta update their predicted league table after every game, showing how likely each side are to win promotion.
At present, Birmingham are top of the predicted table with a 93.2 percent chance of winning automatic promotion.
Wycombe are second with a much lower 58.2 percent chance of making it into the Championship.
Wrexham, meanwhile, are all the way down in seventh with a surprisingly low 3.14 percent chance of promotion via the top two spots.
