Wrexham fans have confirmation of the news they have been dreading all summer transfer window.
After the departure of Paul Mullin, Wrexham fans were hanging on to hope that fellow club legend Ollie Palmer would still have a future at the Racecourse Ground.
After Palmer scored two incredible goals in a late comeback against Hull City in the Carabao Cup, that dream looked closer to becoming a reality.
However, Phil Parkinson has kept his stance on Palmer all summer long that it was time to move on and on completing a move to Swindon Town, the striker has a farewell message for all Red Dragons.

Ollie Palmer says time at Wrexham has been the best of his career
Wrexham have officially announced Palmer’s departure as the striker ends his three and a half year spell in North Wales.
Upon leaving for League Two Swindon, Palmer sent an emotional message to Wrexham fans and is already thinking about coming back to watch his beloved team.
Palmer stated: “It’s been an absolute privilege and honour to be at this football club and to be able to achieve the things that we have and there’s going to be many more great moments for this football club.
“In five, ten, fifteen, twenty years down the line I want to be able to watch, spectate and be able to be in the stands and enjoy myself.
“The relationships within that dressing room are so strong and I think winning and getting promotions definitely helped grow those bonds.
“There’s just something special about this football club and you just want it to last forever. Wrexham will have a place in my heart for the rest of my life.
“It’s been the best three and a half years of my career so far easily and something that can never be taken away from me.”
