Phil Parkinson has now shared what Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have been telling him in private conversations this summer.
Since the North American duo took over in 2021, Wrexham fans have largely known nothing but success.
Even in their first full season when they lost in the National League play-offs, the Dragons still won the majority of their games.
However, 2025/26 is proving the toughest challenge yet for Phil Parkinson and his new group of players.
Wrexham play Millwall this weekend and go into that match still without a win in the Championship.

Now, Parkinson has opened up on the chats he has been having with Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac this summer.

Phil Parkinson on chats with Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac
Since they became owners, Rob and Ryan have made it clear that they want to take Wrexham to the Premier League.
Reynolds was mocked by the media for comments he made about this during his first year with the club.
Now, though, they are just one promotion away, and the Wrexham owners want to reach the Premier League by 2027.
That is an ambitious goal and, as the early stages of this campaign are showing, could prove difficult.
But Parkinson has now said that there is no pressure on them from either Rob or Ryan.
On the conversations the trio have had, he said, as per Leader Live: “One thing with Rob and Ryan is they have never spoke about putting pressure on us. We have got to do this and we have got to do that.
“The talk was about getting the squad and the template we set out in the summer what we are working towards; can we fill in the blanks where we needed players coming in to give us a chance to be competitive in the division?
“They are the conversations I had with Rob and Ryan about rather than we are going to do this or we have got to do that.
“That has never been the way the conversations have gone.
“Rob and Ryan have just been supportive to help us build a competitive team.”

Phil Parkinson on Wrexham mentality
As mentioned, the Dragons have become accustomed to dominating every division they play in.
Wrexham have won three promotions in a row and the majority of the players at the club know nothing but success in recent years.
And Parkinson has discussed taking that winning mentality into the Championship, he said: “Momentum is so important.
“We have got to get the balance between utilising that momentum and winning culture that we’ve got, and adding the quality to that as well.
“We have got lads who are used to winning football games and now we have got to find a way in this division to continue that.”
